So far Gimenez has the only hit in the game, but Ichiro made a nice catch in RF.

Mike Carp had the honor of making the last out of the 2011 MLB regular season by striking out. How fitting.

As this season ended, the 2012 season will begin with the Mariners batting against the A's. It will most certainly begin with Ichiro leading off the MLB season in Japan, and it could be his last MLB season.
