I for one HATE it.....Carrol is a RahRah college coach/recruiter. Good luck translating that into the NFL in which he has not been a good coach. Took a superbowl New England team and turned them into a .500 team before he was fired. He is done at USC because of all the sanctions and investigations the NCAA will be doing.
I would much rather have Gruden or Cower or a proven NFL coach....not Pete freaking Carrol...poster boy for USC.

I like the move. Pete Carroll was a defensive coordinator in the NFL and became a head coach.
