Thanks for getting this up, Doc. I've been in meetings all morning. 90 minutes before my next batch of 2 hours meetings commence.

If you blink real slow (like 35 minutes a blink) then it might almost, sort of appear to be live boxscore

Balentien with the rbi double in the second. M's 1 A's O. Balentiens gotta be sluggins like 2.000 now. Actually only 1.714. So what happened w/Balentien? He must have made the last out. Was he going for a triple or did he goof and get picked off of second? Morse doesn't have and AB so Wlad made the last out.

Oh, nevermind. I see Sweeney got an outfield assist at third. Way to go Wlad... stretch that triple. Way to hustle.

Nice to see Wlad making the Mariner's decision difficult.

Here's to hoping that both he and Clements, no matter where they are, never give Wilkerson or Vidro or indirectly Sexson a chance to feel comfortable with their job security.

The Northwest version of Vlad the impaler!

Edit to update: Wlad vice Vlad... of course I could have just changed my original post instead of droning on like this...

Batista gives up 2 doubles and 2 runs in the bottom of the second. Ouch, now the boxscore says 3 runs given up w/o the details. Here's to hoping the M's start stretching out Morrow and RRS.

Let's see, Wladimir, spelled in Polish fashion, born in the Antilles.

The key to success: more power-hitting Dutchmen.

Chen with the solo blast in the third, may or may not have tied the game up at 2. The box score give the A's 3 in the bottom of the second but only credited with Bautista with 2 ER's. Hmmm... where are all the guys listening to their MLB radio?

Boy...Chen is a good player. Just just robbed a two run single diving up the middle to snag a line drive.

Damage minimized to one sac fly.
